Our journey started in 2006 and has positioned us as the exclusive distributor of trucks and buses in the Federal Republic of Nigeria for Tata Motors Limited, Tata Daewoo Commercial vehicles, John Deere Agricultural and Construction Equipment. Tata International Nigeria has played a pivotal role in moving the country’s automobile and agricultural sectors forward, acting as a one-stop-shop for all commercial, passenger vehicle requirements as well as agricultural and construction equipment.

We offer our clients the largest range of commercial trucks, ranging from a 1-ton payload to a 50-ton payload, as well as 16- to 60-seater passenger capacity transport buses.

Our offering is further complemented by a state-of-the-art showroom, a fully equipped modern workshop and a spares warehouse in Lagos, catering for the Tata fleet on Nigerian roads, John Deere Agricultural and Construction Equipment through a network of over 40 touchpoints. An existing assembly facility in Lagos caters for semi-knocked-down and completely-knocked-down kits.

WARRANTY

Our warranty periods are best in class and start at 4 years/160,000 kms (Driveline warranty) for the SCV and Pick-Up range, 5 years/500,000 kms (Driveline warranty) for LCV, MCV and our bus range. For the HCV segment there is a 5 years/400,000 kms (Driveline warranty). The tipper range offers 5 years/400,000 kms (Driveline warranty) or 10,000 hours warranty.

Our warranty for John Deere tractors and construction equipment is 2,000 hours or 2 years and 6 months for the implement (agricultural implement).

SERVICES AND PARTS

We offer roadside assistance with towing assistance by TASNL and authorised network dealer closest to breakdown location. The availability of Tata-trained technicians at our workshops ensures prompt service and maximum uptime of vehicles. Furthermore, Tata Genuine parts offer reliability and value for money and is available across all dealerships. Our parts availability is among the best in the industry.

We also have an accredited training centre in Lagos that provides training to customers and government organisations, which helps to reduce maintenance costs while ensuring proper maintenance of Tata vehicles. Training is also provided to university students whilst specialised Driver Training is provided to our operators.
