When engaged, Eco mode reduces engine rpm in gears 1-5, optimizing fuel usage and decreasing operating costs by up to 10 percent.
Uptime	Cooling package eliminates stacked coolers. Together with the hinged swing-out fan, access to the cores is quick and cleaning is easy. Auto shutdown turns off the engine after an operator-determined period of idling. Saves fuel and reduces wear on engine, transmission, and hydraulic components. Variable-speed hydraulically driven fan runs only as fast or as often as necessary to keep things cool. Helps conserve power and fuel, while reducing noise. Optional reversible fan speeds core cleanout in high-debris applications.

Performance	Conditions can be tough on the jobsite. So we equipped the 210G / 210G LC with some equally tough features. Double-seal swing bearing that delivers rock-solid durability. Mainframe single-sheet undercover thickened for added strength. Options like a track-frame undercover to keep debris from accumulating and a rotary pre-cleaner that pulls clean air into the system no matter how foul it is outside. When you know how they’re built, you’ll see how rugged these machines are.
Uptime	With a large and accessible tank, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) can be conveniently filled when refuelling. DEF over ow routes excess outside the machine to avoid paint damage. Ash-service intervals for the diesel particulate filter (DPF) are condition based, with the machine notifying the operator before service is required. Typically, ash service is not necessary until the rst engine overhaul depending on machine application and maintenance practices. Large fuel tank and 500 - and 5,000 - hour engine and hydraulic oil-service intervals decrease down - time for routine maintenance compared to models with shorter-hour service requirements. Fluid-level sight gauges are conveniently located and can be checked at a glance. Auto-idle automatically reduces engine speed to as low as 800 rpm when hydraulics aren’t in use. Auto-shutdown further conserves precious fuel and machine hours. Vertical spin-on fuel and engine oil filters are positioned in the right rear compartment for simplified ground-level servicing.
Cost of Operation	To maximize uptime and lower costs, JDLink telematics also enables John Deere Connected Support. John Deere’s centralised Machine Health Monitoring Center analyses data from thousands of connected machines, identifies trends, and develops recommended actions, called Expert Alerts - all to help prevent downtime. Dealers use Expert Alerts to proactively address conditions that may lead to downtime. Your dealer can also monitor machine health and leverage remote diagnostics and programming capability to further diagnose problems and even update machine software without a time-consuming trip to the jobsite.
